Weekly Check-ins

Every week youll fill in a check-in sheet that will provide me with information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and daily macros alone. The check-in sheet will inform me of anything you might be struggling with, your likes, dislikes, any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep and weight. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personalised video feedback along with a new training plan built around the previous weeks performance.
